I'm Tanesha, a coach, speaker, and facilitator dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals, creatives, and multi-passionate leaders reclaim their clarity, amplify their voice, and take bold, values-aligned action.
My journey began in high-pressure corporate environments at companies like Salesforce, Under Armour, Marriott, and Disney. I understand the weight of burnout and the courage it takes to choose a more aligned path.
It was during one of those seasons that I met my first coach—and it changed my life. I was empowered to redefine success, live more authentically, and trust that I could thrive by being myself. That transformation led me here.
