What is Coaching?

Coaching, as we see it, is more than a service; it's a partnership dedicated to unlocking your full potential. Our coaches are allies, guiding individuals through a journey of self-discovery, goal achievement, and holistic development.

Coaching complements and enhances the already established initiatives within Organizations and Government Agencies, such as Professional Development Programs, Employee Assistance Programs, and Leadership Training, by focusing on the entire individual.

How does the process work?

1. Discovery: Schedule an introductory call to learn how to partner with Full Out Coaching. During this call, we'll collaborate to understand your organization's specific needs and goals.


2. Tailored Proposal: Based on the insights gathered, we'll create a tailored proposal outlining how Full Out Coaching can seamlessly integrate into your agency or organization. ​

3. Collaborative Agreement: We will engage in detailed discussions about the terms of the partnership, including coaching hours, technology integration, and logistical considerations. Upon agreement, we will formalize the partnership through a written agreement.

4. Program Launch: Full Out Coaching will be introduced to the agency through targeted communications, events, and promotional materials. We'll work closely with your stakeholders to coordinate a smooth rollout of the coaching program, ensuring participants are well-informed and ready to engage.

5. Ongoing Evaluation and Optimization: Full Out Coaching will establish a continuous feedback loop to gather participant insights.
