I am a Multi-Passionate Leader striving to be a positivity spark by empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and embrace their values, enabling them to purposefully live "Full Out" and make a unique, positive impact.

My career journey has been an exciting blend of creativity and strategy. Starting as a Theatre Stage Manager, most recently on Broadway's First National Tour of Mean Girls the Musical, I transitioned into Events, gaining recognition as one of Bizbash's Top 500 Most Influential Event Pros in the US. Working with industry giants like Under Armour and Salesforce, I've developed global training programs, standard operating procedures, and unforgettable event experiences from ideation to execution, collaboratively managing projects to make a significant impact. This journey has provided me with a unique perspective on rapid professional advancement, leadership, nurturing growth, achieving excellence, and living "Full Out."

Throughout my career, what truly lights up my day is helping others achieve their dreams. At Full Out Coaching, I dedicate my time to empowering individuals to become their authentic selves, discover their values and purpose, unlock their potential, navigate barriers, and achieve a meaningful work-life balance.

Through my writing and workshops, I empower individuals to reframe rejection as a catalyst for growth and transformation. As a consultant and international speaker, I captivate audiences worldwide at conferences, corporate events, and educational institutions. I share expertise in event marketing, team building, and coaching, resonating with audiences seeking strategies in today's business landscape. Beyond business, I delve into resilience, authenticity, and personal growth, addressing challenges like imposter syndrome and transitions. My repertoire extends to themes of gratitude, identity, and diversity, offering a unique perspective as a Black woman in leadership. My ability to blend personal anecdotes, practical strategies, and vibrant energy sets me apart, motivating audiences to tackle challenges authentically.
