What qualifications do your coaches have?
All of our coaches have completed ICF Level 2 education (International Coaching Federation) or are ICF-certified, which includes at least 125 hours of rigorous coaching training. Each coach has at least 50 hours of practical coaching experience, specializing in areas such as leadership, career progression, well-being, and team dynamics. Our coaches bring a wealth of experience working with diverse groups, including executives, individuals with disabilities, and those with neurodivergence. Their blend of advanced training and hands-on expertise ensures that every session is tailored to support both personal and professional growth.
How do attendees schedule coaching sessions?
We offer two easy ways for attendees to schedule sessions. They can either pre-book coaching appointments online through a dedicated scheduling platform before the event or sign up for available slots on-site. We ensure the booking process is seamless and integrated with your event schedule.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions typically last 30 minutes or one hour, depending on the attendees' preferences and the package chosen by the event organizer. The duration can be customized to fit within your event schedule.

What is ICF Level 2 Education?
ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 2 education is a comprehensive, advanced coaching program consisting of at least 125 hours of coaching-specific training. All that’s needed is a quiet, comfortable space where attendees can have private one-on-one conversations with the coaches. This can be a designated meeting room, a quiet lounge, or even a private booth setup. We can work with the event organizers to determine the best location that ensures confidentiality and comfort. We manage the coach scheduling and administrative logistics so everything runs smoothly.
What type of coaching topics can attendees discuss during their sessions?

What happens if an attendee misses their scheduled session?
We understand that conferences can be busy and unexpected changes can arise. In the event that someone misses their scheduled coaching session, we do our best to accommodate a rescheduled time within the available slots. However, availability cannot be guaranteed if the coaching sessions are fully booked.
